Winners are listed at the end of the month by the place they held 
at midnight and also the votes they received for the month.

Each month the top ten sites will be awarded points based on their position on the last
day of the month.  The top five sites each month will be given a graphic award as well.
The winners will be listed and totals kept each month and the three sites with the most
points at the end of the year will be given gift certificates to a major online shopping site.
